KIRSCHE WEISSE
Berliner Weisse with Cherries and Mahlab spice. Light and refreshing with a clean lactic sourness. 4.5 ABV 5 IBU
SCHEMATIC IPA
We drew up a wonderful IPA with huge late hop additions of whole leaf Mosaic hops! Dry hopped with Galaxy and Citra for a perfect balance of citrus, tropical fruit, and pine. 4.5 ABV 50 IBU
VANNA WIT
A refreshing Belgian wheat beer brewed with coriander and orange peel. 4.6 ABV 10 IBU
SINGULARITY SESSION IPA
This single hop session IPA showcases the best of Centennial’s vibrant citrus and soft pine characteristics. 4.7% ABV – 50 IBU
THE BOMBER
Crisp, light and refreshing American style lager. Malted barley is perfectly balanced with hop bitterness from Galena and Saaz Hops. Finish is smooth and clean. 4.9 ABV 15 IBU
CERVEZA DEL SOL
Refreshing Mexican style lager, pale straw color with a crisp and light finish. Salud! 4.9 ABV 20 IBU
SUNRAY AMBER IPA
Chinook and Simcoe hops provide an assertive pine, resin, and citrus aroma with character balanced by a rich malt backbone. 5.1 ABV 60 IBU
OKTOBERFEST
Traditional Marzen style Festbier. Deep copper color with a rich toasty malt flavor and clean finish. 5.6 ABV 22 IBU
CRAZY REDHEAD
Brewed by 2024 Iron Brewer, Brad Horn, Columbia Kettle Works Brewers Choice Winner along with brewer Ted Woll. A berry cream ale with raspberries and lactose. A sweet taste of summer. 6.1 ABV 18 IBU
VANILLA HAZE
A hazy IPA finished with Madagascar vanilla beans for a smooth tropical and citrus hoppy vanilla finish. 6.1 ABV 25 IBU
SLED RUNNER
A chewy porter with caramel and cocoa-like tones balanced with hop bitterness. Clean and smooth full bodied finish. 6.5 ABV 40 BU
COMBOBULATE NEIPA (not on tap - coming soon - consult staff)
Nectaron, Wai-iti, and Citra hops have been combined to create a wonderfully juicy NEIPA with intense tropical and citrus aromas and flavors. This beer boasts notes of pineapple, passion fruit, and a blend of stone fruits like fresh peaches and ripe apricot. 6.8 ABV 30 IBU
PARALLAX IPA (not on tap – coming soon – consult staff)
Aggressively hopped West Coast IPA. Simcoe hops lend a pronounced citrus, pine flavor and floral character. 7.0 ABV 75 IBU
COCONUT DOUBLE DOOHICKY
A juiced-up version of Doohickey with Fresh toasted Coconut! NEIPA with Bru-1 and Sabro hops for big bright tropical flavors. 7.5 ABV 35 IBU
KETTLE DEVIL
Belgian-style Golden Strong Ale with hints of fruit and spice supported by a soft yet complex malt character. 8.7 ABV 27 IBU
ENGLISH BULLDOG
Traditional English Barleywine with complex, multi-layered, malt flavors. Brewed with peat-smoked malt then aged in American bourbon barrels. 9.5 ABV 60 IBU

HISTORY / ADAMSTOWN, PA TAPHOUSE
CKW IronSpire Taphouse opened May 2021 in the former Stoudt’s Brewery building which has been renamed IronSpire Complex. In late 2023, we moved into a newly renovated corner location in the same building. Our beautiful space includes tons of natural light, indoor seating, patio seating, and an outdoor pool table. We also have two event spaces available for rent!
